Archery

Competed for in 3 classifications, broadly defined as-


ARW1 - tetraplegic, ie limited arm strength and minimal balance. ARW2 - paraplegic, ie full arm strength, minimal to full balance.
ARST - standing or chair, but athletes able to walk, minimal disability.

There exists the possibility of sub categories, this will be announced nearer the time. The bows used are 'recurve' and 'compound' bows.

Once ranking is established a knock-out competition starts in both individual and team events. The men's team event is of 16 countries with 3 archers per team, women's teams are from 8 countries. The individual competition will see 32 athletes compete.
