Tickets for the Paralympics:

***Update 23.9.04: Tickets are now only available from points of sale outside the Paralympic Venues in Athens***

Day Passes are €10 and the concessionary price is €5*. The Day Pass gives access to all sports venues on a particular day.

Some events where seating is limited and where spectator demand is expected to be high are €20. (Final rounds for Wheelchair Tennis, Wheelchair Basketball and Swimming.)

Check with your travel agent for packages including flight, hotel and admission tickets - particularly if you are coming from outside the EU as buying Paralympic event tickets online is difficult.

Citizens of Greece and the European Union can buy Paralympic tickets online

If you are based outside of the EU then you will need to buy them actually in person.

Or you can check with the National Paralympic Committee for your country to see if tickets can be bought before you get to Greece.

 

To help create an atmosphere in the sports stadiums during the first week the Greek government has distributed 50,000 free tickets to Greek school children and teachers.
