Gp is now safely back home in his patch of forest along the Thailand - Myanmar border. He thanks everyone who emailed him and who took the time to read his column over the last eleven days.

Before he left Athens GP promised us he will try his best to return for the Beijing 2008 Paralympics.

We are trying to persuade GP to come along and give us a hand at the 2006 Winter Paralympics in Turin. But where GP comes from they don't get snow and he's not so sure he'll like the cold.

He says he has a cousin who might like to help if he can't make it...
